Detail

要求：

1．材料：氮化铝热导率大于等于200W/M-K。

2．金属化层：Ti/Pt/Au 或W/Ti/Au（可客制化）。

3．在室温至350度下热冲击5次，升温、降温100度/Min，镀层无脱落。

4．金属层表面粗糙度Ra≤0.2Um。

敷铜的厚度和规格尺寸可根据客户要求调整。
